Try Tiny Desk AIAcceptable use policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
Try Tiny Desk AI is for parody videos of you and people who are fine with it. These rules apply to every photo you upload and every video you make or share.
Who can be in a video
- Yourself, and other adults (18 or older) who agreed to be in it.
- Your own pets.
Not allowed
- Anyone under 18, in any seat.
- Public figures: celebrities, athletes, coaches, politicians, influencers, or the original performers.
- Anyone who didn’t agree to it, or a photo you don’t have the right to use.
- Sexual content, nudity, or videos meant to harass, shame or threaten someone.
- Passing a video off as real, or using it in ads, scams or political messaging.
What happens if a rule is broken
Our AI provider’s moderation blocks some uploads automatically. We may also remove videos, refuse service or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund of credits spent on those videos.
